1. Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

·       The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

·       The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached

·       Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Change of Mind Returns

·       Returns for non-defective items are accepted if they meet the eligibility criteria

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

·       Shouldique does not charge any restocking fees

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

·       We will cover return shipping costs for such items

·       You may choose a replacement or a full refund

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

·       Contact our support team with your order details

·       Wait for return approval and instructions

·       Ship the item to the provided return address

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Return Shipping

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns

·       Shipping costs are non-refundable

·       We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time

6. Exchanges

·       Exchanges are accepted for eligible items

·       To exchange a product, return the original item first

·       After approval, you may place a new order or contact us for assistance

7. Order Cancellation

·       Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund

·       Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

8. Refund Processing

·       Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

·       Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

·       Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

·       If the issue persists, please contact us

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
